Afterschool - A Sure Bet! REGIONAL AFTERSCHOOL CONFERENCE
presented by the National Partnership for Quality Afterschool Learning at the Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory and the National Center for Community Education

Dates: February 26 - 28, 2006
Place: Riviera Hotel - Las Vegas, Nevada

Theme: Afterschool - A Sure Bet!

Develop a culture of advocacy for your afterschool programs!
This 2-day conference is designed to provide afterschool practitioners at every level of experience with useful information about how to build stronger, more responsive programs that your communities will support. Session topics include: Program Development, Academic Content Strands, Linking to Community Education, and Sustainabililty; to name a few.

The general session opening the conference begins at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 26, 2006. Monday sessions begin at 8:30 a.m. and run throughout the day, concluding at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday sessions also begin at 8:30 a.m., and the conference will conclude at 2:30 p.m. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on Monday and Tuesday.
