It will be priced at $1.7 to $5 million for 3,000 to 7,000 square foot condos overlooking Charlotte. Additional features will include a private, rooftop swimming pool, balconies, and a resident’s amenities floor. The Encore is located at 6th and North Tryon with the Bank of America Corporate Center only 1 block away and Hearst Tower is adjacent to the condos.
You’d think these are condos in Boston, but no, they are in downtown Charlotte!
